Sóma.

A word of Ancient Greek origin, meaning “body”.

In this project, we wanted to marry pieces carefully curated from different Female ceramicists in London, to the naked Female body.

Our photo series, Sóma. celebrates the beauty of the body with all it’s waves, colours and bumps. Pairing it with a sculpted piece of art, which has been moulded – just like our bodies.

They are both lumps of sculpted matter.
